So, by looking at the dates, it becomes quite obvious that I have not written in quite a while.
I must apologize and blame my absence on two things, I got a new job 6 months ago, and have been very busy working my ass off. Before 6 months ago, I was spending all my free time feverishly trying to find a new job. The second, and probably most pathetic reason was that I have'nt brewed since last november. My god, I know, I should be disinherited, cast away, and stoned to death for my neglectful attitude towards my beer.
Naturally, now that it's really frickin cold out, I want to go and brew beer in a cold garage, huddled around the 170000 BTU Propane burner as it heats the delicious wert. I mean really, is there a better time to brew than when it's freezing out? You do tend to get things done faster at times like these.
In the next couple of months, I plan to set up all our brewing gear at another NEW location (We lost our last garage due to a move), and brew again.
In the meantime, VERY IMPORTANT NEWS HERE, it's time again for the Washington Brewers Guild cask beer festival at the seattle center. In my opinion, the best chance every year to get the most unique and best beer in Washington, and drink alot of it for only on admission fee.
We will post our findings on this site, and hope that last years favorite from Snipes Mountain is present again, that was so damn good, a year later I can stilll taste it on my palate.
My mouth waters, hope to see you there.
