Well, once again the burner has been fired up and the wert is flowing. That's right, after about a year of absence from the hobbey that is my joy, we have brewed again. Add 10 gallons of the Micah's Porter to the tally bar. While brewing, we had an extra 2 gallons of wert that tasted so good we are reducing it down for a nice ice cream sauce. We might have enough to attempt a great bbq sauce also.
The beer is part of a colossal undertaking on our part, the brewing of 30 gallons in three weeks. Then all the beer will be presented at the umpteenth annual febtoberfest coming this february, look for the links to appear here soon.
